I'm withdrawing this request. I took another look at the replay, and I agree with the poster below that the evidence just isn't clear enough. No need to require an admin to waste precious time to reach the same conclusion. Thanks.

@NumberOneStunna
Generally, guys who map hack don't search jungle or wait for vision to take offensive actions. This guy did both of those.
Note: my times are actual replay times and not game time.
10:10 Does not know exact position of NA and searches by side shop
11 - 11:15 Does not see goblin shredder approaching for gank or else he would not have tried to kill sniper
Response to: 19:30, runs toward sent secret shop (with no gold, so NOT to buy an item) and blinks in fog at pink/grey.
He catches a glimpse of rhasta in woods at 21:05-21:06 and then blinks (check it yourself). Why would he blink in to two enemy heroes and rhasta's ult??? Obviously, he doesn't know lina is there and thinks only rhasta is there by himself and as a result kills rhasta (his fault) and lina kills him.
Response to: 21:00 goes bot to kill a top of creeps that are pushing the lane. no vision of incoming heroes, he decides to back and BLINKS out.
This was an odd movement, but your whole team was not visible, so it's possible he could have just blinked back because he thought nerub was around and he wanted to bait / get closer to his ally.
30:30 - 30:45 SEARCHES enemy jungle for kills
Response to: 29:29 blinks uphill toward scourge secret shop to stun shredder
He blinks towards the shop, then WALKS up hill. He only see's you when you come in to vision and then stuns you.
IMO, this guy does not use map hack. May be you could look at another replay that demonstrates movements like when he blinked back at 21:00?

Re: [DOTA] wyvern.@usesast - maphack
Thank you for the comments. Here are my responses:
1) Most players who maphack undertake some effort to hide their cheating, so it's no surprise when a maphacking player also searches a jungle, etc. The replay shows that wyvern. does search a few times, etc., but does not systemically do this on a regular basis - just in a few instances.
2) You note in two places moves that you think wyvern. would not have made if he knew that more than one enemy was present. I disagree with your analysis. From minute 1 of the game, wyvern. played extremely aggresively and was fine with dying if he could get a kill. Most often he was able to get two or more kills for the price of one, since he was tanky and fighting a bunch of intel heroes who themselves bought no tank items.
3) The previous point applies with double force to the 19:30 gank on Rhasta and Lina. Wyvern. had already made multiple similar plays, because he was sure to get at least one if not multiple kills against these squishy heroes. As for your point that wyvern. got vision of rhasta and then blinked, that's correct, and I saw that the first time I watched the replay. But that's not the point. As I said, wyvern. had no reason to even run in the direction of the secret shop. He wasn't going to buy anything, and note that he hugs the right side trees because he's going to veer right - he was NOT going toward the lane to attack creeps. He then blinks instantly at Rhasta and lina, who are easy kills.
4) Your point about The 29:29 incident is that he blinks toward the hill and then walks the rest of the way. That doesn't change my analysis of the situation. In terms of the directness of his path, Wyvern. blinks and walks toward a hero, not toward the secret shop, and in any case his decision to BLINK and close the gap quickly is very revealing. He does NOT routinely blink to move around the map more quickly. He does it to close gaps on enemies.
5) You agree that the 21:00 incident is suspicious. I would say that it is blatant. Yes, many heroes were missing, but that was true before wyvern. walked into the lane decided to kill the creeps that had amassed. As the enemies approach him from the RIVER - very far away - he starts to back, and then as they get closer but are still out of vision he doesn't just walk back, he BLINKS back. Again, he does not routinely do this. In fact I couldn't find a single additional instant in the game where he sees missing heroes and BLINKS backward.

Re: [DOTA] wyvern.@usesast - maphack
You can't fake actions that respond to the fog. If you map hack, there is no fog, and as I stated, this guy consistently took actions when units were in vision. If this simple fact were not true, I would agree with you completely. Right now, it seems like he made some unexpected movements and got lucky and you can't be banned for that. You still have the option to use fogclicker and check for fogclicks or analyze another replay to check for obvious map hack proof.

Re: [DOTA] wyvern.@usesast - maphack
You can definitely fake actions that respond to the fog. Lots of people have been banned on ENT despite doing just that. This guy made three moves that are not just unexpected but were in fact unexplainable (absent MH). I do respect your view though. We'll see what admins say. If the proof in this game is not enough, I'll see if I can check another game of his.
Re: [DOTA] wyvern.@usesast - maphack
@NumberOneStunna And by "fogclicker", I meant Fog Click Detector (FCD) found here: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:FCD
I usually check multiple games before submitting a map hack ban based solely on game play, but a fog click is an open and shut case.

Re: [DOTA] wyvern.@usesast - maphack
I have FCD and DRM. Nothing legit in this game.
As for multiple replays, usually not necessary at all. Players can turn MH on/off from game to game, so you could easily hit on a slew of non-MH games. I've got a lot of experience reporting players for MH (as I'm sure you do, though it's different).
