@getstomped you were the one that banned him recently
imo this guy really need atleast 2month+ ban and cant be lifted due to a history of gameruin
a very long history of gameruin+leaver (im pretty sure most of his "disconnect ban appeals" are ragequit pull plugged also never got a reconnection tool meaning 90% of his ban appeal shouldn't have gotten lifted)

as much as i'd love to ban him, this is pretty weak. considering blue and kotl were both smack talking each other the entire game, it happened in the last couple of minutes in an already won game, and kotl also teleported him back to fountain for no reason.

no impact on game. not game ruining, moving on.
