Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 3:04 (sending without saying on 2), 3:57 (another random send), (07:17 / Allied) fred10: playing and saving is the shitty game, (07:35 / Allied) fred10: but we prefer just have fun, 12:50 (refusal to kick game ruiners when they see the constant send and it is clearly not a viable option and we told them that we communicated this to yellow and orange).
Any further thoughts: Sending "because it is fun" as opposed to trying to win. They acknowledged that saving is "no fun".

After watching the replay I concur with AmnoN the rules have been broken by Fred10/12
"Do not ruin the game on purpose." is another rule they broke by admitting to send not by lack of talent/knowledge but just to have "fun"

They ruined other player's experience and therefore require a ban.

My verdict whether it matters or not is 24 hour per rule broken for a total of 48 hours ban for both fred10 and fred12
