After reviewing:

I don't really believe it was intentional, he had a creep (ursa) standing there hitting creeps holding lane off, his creep got inside tower range, so when tower hit him, his creep autoattacked the tower, killing it, however right after it happened he tried to stop it (moved his hero/creeps there).
