Any further thoughts: He refused to full on seige or end. Was close to 0 lumber a few times, but after awhile, pink and orange had piles of merchant items for me to sell and he continued to stall for over 25 minutes. We had to votekick him to end after he had not killed a builder for over 20 minutes. Flamed while he stalled about his impending votekick. In his own words, stalling for over 40 minutes is how he titans/the only way he could win. He will no doubt be a repeat offender.

I really don't understand how I stalled for 40 minutes. I was playing the entire time, how titan's play Island defense, attacking lumber bases, seiging bases, for the whole game. This isn't fair at all. This guy is striaght up lying. Watch this replay and tell me I wasn't about to break this base. I was all out sieging. Just because the minis didn't go all in doesn't mean that I wasn't. I was simply playing smart and not giving up any minis for gold. I nearly got in a few times and killed a few towers. And I was starting to stack alot of damage. They simply got scared and actually were trying to votekick me for a while. How is it stalling though if I'm constantly attacking your base putting pressure. I had the items to win, and I was about to win, then I was votekicked, literally the next siege would've won the game, the mag was getting low on lumber. Watch the replay and you tell me. It's hard enough to win as titan already and nobody ever titans, but I try my best, and I get banned for stalling. Wow really, I broke a rule? I'm just playing titan come on, and if were being honest, if you didn't start threatining to get me banned I probably wouldve won, but started typing instead because its ridiculous to say that I was stalling. And if I just went in and died and didn't try at all, how would I not get banned for suiciding. I was trying to win, and I get reported for stalling, wow really. If you don't have time to play the game then don't join.

Intentionally stalling a lost game as titan and wasting everyone's time for more than 10 mins.
The titan can be kicked if he does not kill a builder in 20 minutes time upon the condition that 60% of the builders alive agree to having the titan kicked.
Stalling is defined as titan and minions not being able to win or having no chance of killing any builders.

Did bones have a chance to win? if he had, it isn't stalling. I don't know if the 20 minute rule is applicable in this case if he had a chance to win, at least it shouldn't be, in my opinion.

Denied, titan could've easily won. Some matches are so close that it isn't counted as stalling.

Builders only initiated !votekick twice, which meant that not many players minded the long game.
