I'm Pugna(Meepo) in that game aka Meepwn is my main.
They were the ones that started shit talking, and accuse us of talking crap that's funny. I think he should atleast watch the replay before posting. I have a sentry ward outside of rosh pit all that time.

Provide timestamps and fog clicks without them you got nothing. (Try to confirm fog clicks with timestamps). Neglacting.
Use !ignore command in feature. Unless its excessive flame/trashtalking then report after like several ignore command has been used. Set's as a warn. after a warn then report. That's what most people and mods do.
