I reviewed the game and unfortunately there was no fogclick by him (except a delayed one on Lifestealer)

But the way he engaged you at the timestamp you mentioned was beyond suspicious. He first tried to go for Weaver under tower but failed because he went invis and then went near ancient camps at bot (which wouldn't be suspicious if he just went towards river after but he went directly in the corner you were hiding and they way it's made you have vision literally only when you're at that spot so that could prove he maphacks.

So he says he's a ban dodger, just need to confirm this and he'll be banned again.

Overall I think he indeed maphacks but let's wait for some mod to confirm this.

-Remember to always attach a replay for maphack cases. Refer to staff guide 6.1.
-User never dodged before. He has been using same ips for a long time.
-That instance is weak proof of mh. Since 1), bane tower dived without knowing pudge was stationing there. 2) Considering he has a dagger, it is a common spot for players to go where pudge was standing to wait to dagger gank a hero at bot tower. Looking at trees around and no trees at tat spot making it so you can get closer to your target (dagger has distance)...common sense.

This instance is not blatant, therefore, not enough reason to suspect someone for maphack. Will need more series of instances. If you find any other instances, let me know.
