He even gets a glimpse of one of their heros at maybe 46:45 or so and still doesn;t back despite the almost 25 seconds of me warning him prior to him getting ganked alone on their side of river... basically just past their t1 top tower...

How much more blatant could it be???if this was the only time he got caught solo when he should have been with team it might be understandable but he shows a pattern of just going off on his own whenever he wants, often when we are trying to push or defend, and then when we arnt pushing he decides to push alone and gets killed for no reason when they have 2 invis heros to gank all him whenever. Teammates also ask him many times throughout the game wtf hes doing and why he wont play with the team.

Later on he does some vk abuse

First two votekicks NOBODY VOTES,

THIRD votekick crushdatazz, imsobored, and I vote to kick

After the third votekick it was so blatant that to not ban the nonvoters is essentially encouraging people to never vote to kick any player that isnt suiciding ad infinitum or suiciding mass couriers. This behavior of not voting blatant game ruin just for the win is a cancer so much worse than the worst ban dodging greifer troll ruining every game he joins.

BTW game lasted 70 mins, so don't just assume at 46 mins the game was completely over (even tho it felt futile long before 46 mins rolled around...)

Also each vote the enemy team was told why the VK was initiated and they either didnt respond or decided to flame me for the vk

After reviewing:

Banning el_emperad0r_@uswest.battle.net for 3 days.

I won't ban for the votekicks, since honestly to scourge it was visible axe might have failed several times to help the team, but from sentinel point of view, they saw him playing trying to push, and also helped in a lot of ganks and defenses - so it wasn't clear to them.
