[DOTA] Multiple MH ban Requests

Postby DrazR » Tue Sep 29, 2015 1:16 am

Replay Link: https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/game/6555806/
Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #13
Your Warcraft III Username: KimVu
Violator's Warcraft III Username: typewriter. nevrhavcoolname difficulty(pro) stan
Violated Rule(s): Map Hack
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): All game
Any further thoughts: Honestly I dont have timestamps but just watching them play you know for sure mh. Played this game for a long time and I've won about 3 of the ENT Dota Tourneys, So I'd say I'm a pretty good judgement. I'd put my life that atleast the first 3 names I listed MH 100%

@DrazR If you don't add timestamps, this won't get evaluated. We don't have time to watch every second of every replay submitted.

Awaiting timestamps then I will gladly review!

Then I'll leave this for nabo, he will handle it without stamps, you only need probably first 10 mins for each of them

I honestly only have time for like 1-2 games a day because of work so I really dont have the time to do that unless I want to give up time to play for petty mh'ers which I dont want to do @king23

Your irrelevant, Nabo is already taking care of this for me. It is hard to watch a replay when you barely have time for 1-2 games a day if that

@DrazR

Do you know how long it takes to review a replay and identify suspicious timestamps for multiple violators?

Just a comparison, took me 100-120 minutes to do one with 2 maphackers. You're suggesting they are 3... or 4. Best we can do is literally run it through replay seeker and check for legit fogclicks, otherwise, this will be denied. KinG23 will be doing that tonight or tommorow.

I know he's a machine, but I doubt nabo. has 2 hours to waste on a brq. Unless he told you he would..?

Yes he said he'd take care of it. I play and talk with nabo all the time in DIHL.

And its not "A waste" If you catch a maphacker. It's cool tho just because someone doesnt have time to put stamps for you, We can all rest easy knowing your just going to let mhers roam free. Also I'm assuming pretty much all mh's allow you to disable clicking units in fog so...

I've played this game for a long time, Been admin of every big american dota league you can name starting all the way back to TDA and CEVO-P. So yes I do know how long it takes and it sounds like your all just making excuses, If you really cared about the community and wanted to help You'd be doing anything you can to step 1 remove mhers from this bot

@DrazR

How is ''caring'' of any relevance here? We all have lives outside of this game.

Does that mean you don't care about DotA / ENT because you don't have time to review your own ban request and add timestamps? I don't think so.

P.S, I meant ''spend'' instead of waste.

Now just imagine what would happen if everyone just posted ban request without any timestamps.

Edit: PM me if you want to further discuss this. Let's keep this thread clean.

Please dont let me rub you the wrong way, I'm actually a really nice person ask nabo :)

Just a little frustrated that mh'ers will walk if no time stamps. I'm use to clan DRB on euro where I can post a MH ban request and the admins take it very serious and review regardless of stamps or not

@drazr As the original poster, ifyou are not reporting for fogclicks, you are supposed to explain the mh suspicious movements. It is our procedure. But, I told you id take a look at the replay, so its fine.

I'll be checking this Sat or Sunday.

@DrazR

i'm 20 minutes into reviewing this game and i've seen nevrHavCoolName (pudge) and TypeWriter. (clockwork) get ganked multiple times and show no evidence of trying to evade.

20 minutes in, no mh evidence.

Either you provide some timestamps or this will be denied. if you don't care to put the time in to review and record timestamps mods won't review this (further)
FFS:
Your = Belonging (ex. Your hat, your hero)
You're = You are (ex. You're banned)

There = Location (ex. Get there fast)
Their = Belonging (ex. Their hero, their item)
They're = They are (ex. They're not helping, They're banned)

I watched the first 25 minutes and saw no suspicion of map hack, especially considering the number of times the team gets ganked.

If you would like to repost with specific timestamps where each user demonstrates map hacking, feel free to do so.

Until then, request is denied on all of those reported.
