I called mid, but he decides to ignore me. No worries, we can still play together mid, but then he suddenly dives straight at witch for a good 20 seconds and feeds 1st blood.

I tried to votekick him many times in the game, but the other team didn't want to kick him because they badly wanted their shitty 8 elo. Then he started to votekick random people in our team (including me), and still the other team wouldn't vote.
Every time we tried to push together he would go farm, and when no one was pushing or they were pushing against us he would go and push them and feed. Eventually he bought a rapier and solo pushed against their whole team and fed rapier. He did the same thing with aegis...
Any further thoughts:
Please ban this guy so we can have a record of his game ruining and those people who wouldn't vote this obvious game ruiner.

I revive the whole game. I don't think this ban request have any credential. Troll wasn't intentionally feeding at any point. He die like the retard he is. I understand your frustration with him. Everyone dealt with these retard once in a while. Troll was just a waste of space. He farm all game and played selfishly solo, contributing essentially nothing.
He did one thing right during the whole game. He destroyed bot rexes when the sentinel was distracted. This does not outweigh his uselessness by any bit. If being a waste of space and contributing nothing to the game count as game ruining, he should be ban. Unfortunately, I don't think think this count as game ruining. @Owl I am away from my computer right now until Wednesday. I think it was pretty clear this guy was not listening to the team, and the best instance was in the beginning;

Under no obligation is it require for anyone to listen to the team. This put almost everyone at risk for getting ban. Not listening does not equal to trying to lose. This is a false conclusion.

The rule being broken in intentionally trying to lose by failing to learn and taking unnecessary risks. I will detail his offenses for you and others ( @Owl ) in order to show that this is not a personal matter and it would help the ENT community to correct this guy's behavior (and others like him).

If he had stayed there longer, he could have been stuck or easily gotten ganked by the enemy team. I understand he is new player, but why did he CHOOSE to put himself in unnecessary risk? Even a toddler knows not to go near rosh as troll, when you may possibly misclick or get ganked. A new player player certainly knows they are not good yet, but if they wanted to win they would not take unnecessary risks. Take this small event as a foreshadow of what is to come and the outlook this player has on this game match in general. In fact, I will demonstrate that this player consistently takes unnecessary risk and is refusing to learn/help in order to ruin the game for other players and this is separate from him being a new player who is trying to improve. Certainly, I support new players who are trying to get better and try to win, but this guy was not doing that.

So, he is mid and using troll who can be melee or range. However, he decides to go on melee mode and right clicking creeps against witch doctor. Obviously, witch doctor just right clicks troll who loses half his life before diving right for witch doctor. Witch just stuns him and gets first blood.
The whole time jellyfish who called mid stays far back in order not to die against a range hero early and also provide feedback that troll will not be supported in a dive.

After diving for no reason and giving first blood, troll comes back immediately to mid. He dies again at 4:30 because he refuses to learn from his previous mistake and he is taking unnecessary risk in order to ruin the game.

Wrong. It is an obligation to try to learn and improve. It is possible to both be new and game ruin by refusing to learn.

I request shooterball and Yoshi be banned an extra long time since they are obfuscating the vote and intentionally not voting to game ruin. Their ally mid voted yes, and there was no reason not to votekick an obvious game ruiner!

Also, look at BannedFromDota comments clearly showing he chose not to vote an obvious game ruiner;

Please teach them that they must vote obvious game ruiners like this troll! I would like to add votekick abuse to trolls list of offenses and also this should show his intent to ruin the game.

While his first death (~3 minutes in) was reckless, it is way too early to make a decision and !votekick him. So the first votekick was illegal.. Btw, he had every right to go middle.
~7 minutes in, participated in a little fight.
~10 minutes in, runs away from teammate instead of helping him.
~13 minutes in, he just kill creeps while his team is fighting
~16-17; Again, creeps while his team fights
~19; Kills bara after pushing bot tower
~20-22; Participates in a team fight
Overall, you your team simply tried to kick him out of anger because he wasn't played the way you wanted him to play. I have not seen any of you try to help/guide him either, but rather jumped on !votekick. While he's obviously not the best team player, he wasn't intentionally throwing.
Past minute ~35, while he did not defend mid, he actively tried to rax top lane and succeeded at some point. Since there was no clear instruction and light blue / brown were just raging for no reason, I won't blame him on that. Next time, try to be more open minded and help people before spamming votekicks and threats to teammates and those who refuse to kick.
