Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 42 minutes and the first divine i believe was around 25.
Any further thoughts: it caused us to lose the game. we were ahead and he fed the divine to a team of carries which made us lose. he was flaming sniper and WW for not spliting the range. he went on a rage then made divines after everyone ignored him.

Considering he sticked with team when he had divine and none of you guys disagreed with it, I can't really do anything.

Divine is part of the game, so unless there is clear intent to game ruin / give it away, or if he does it despite team disagreeing, then I can't ban for it.
