Time of Violation (in-game or replay): from begining to end feeding doesnt stop score will indicate and not single player on other team votes so they can win, furion tps to legion to give boost on his damage all the time and both palestine and i chcked game and they had another game they playe d together but the apm is relaly low so im thinking hes using 2 wc3 or 2 computer to feed himself either way.
Any further thoughts: Nothing more score indicates furion had all gold 0 item spent beginning to end tp feed . So basically ghosting for those 2 hopefully they get ranged banned if not w.e. is proper, and other 2 for not kicking feeder and kicking other team's player so they can win

Shanteer: Intentional feed, suicide, gave items to opposing team, multibox with Daulmalahh; they were both on the same unusual server (server.eurobattle.net) and he called solo laning against Meepo (his K/D going into the game was 1-33, so I'm pretty sure he multiboxes, feeds, and ruins games)
Daulmalahh: The main beneficiary of Shanteer's feeding; I believe he was also given a bunch of Town Portals to feed him item gold, since he can resell. Multiboxing with Shanteer. Also didn't votekick
Baldpussiyum: The main person who would not votekick, and even started votekick with other people as a trick, instead of the correct player. Claimed that he was vote kicking, but in fact was voting to kick a player that shouldn't have been kicked. Delayed the votekick again and again.
Dadoy: Did not votekick
Tubulartube: Did not votekick
This occurred within the first 11 minutes of the game.

Yes, those two guys are definitely working together (Shanteer and Daulmalahh). It's the same story- picked Furion, feeding kills and items to his friend. In addition to that the Scourge team refused to votekick him until much later in the game, after 11 mins in, so they should be punished as well.

I feel that Shanteer should be banned for griefing, feeding, and blatant abuse of votekick on arek11 (even though it did not pass)
I feel that Baldpussiyum should be banned for voting to kick did vote to kick arek11 who did nothing wrong
I think that Shanteer, Dadoy, Baldpussiyum, Tubulartube, Daulmalahh should be banned for refusal to votekick when it was blatant rule-breaking by Shanteer.
