Any further thoughts: RandallCervix kept asking someone to switch teams [there was only one spot open] so he could play with Chibi3. Chibi3 joined and left during countdown at least 5 times. I explained that this was against the ENT rules, but she kept doing it. During the game, I said that I would report her for a ban, and she said #whine, and I said #ENTrules. This was a brazen disregard for the posted rules.
