After watching the entire game:

Pizza played with his team, and helped throughout the game with his ganks; However i can't deny that your last 2 deaths near the end look fishy (1st one you stated you were afk, 2nd time you rush outside and get killed again, for no reason) - Considering this, and what you wrote ingame, it's quite reasonable others decided to report you - I won't ban you this time (will leave a note for future cases), however next time i see a report from you for these situations, i won't be lenient on it @Pizza (The way you present yourself, is how others will judge you).
