27:08 even though dg is clearly losing and blue is bigger income, green joins the fight and teams against dark green (him and blue have not warred eachother all game to this point and to the very end when the game ends, except for a fake skirmish they do with spawns in ukraine to try and look less guilty, but even brown says it was a fake looking war)

35:30 I make the declaration those two are the preteamers that shared same IP in game lobby and to try and argue it they perform a cheap fake spawn war in ukraine to try and look innocent, but even their friend brown called it out.

It was this point i started to suspect there was more than blue/green teaming, which in the have more thoughts section i show time stamp chat logs where they admit to having 4, which i later explain at the end section.

42:59 I hit green again in russia and brown again retorts at me

44:00 dark green moves his soldiers into russia, and here is the 2 time stamps i will show that proves how hard green and blue are teaming.
48:00 green moves his russia troops in the north and blue moves troops from georgia into russia south in order to pin dark green and wipe him out, blue ignoring that brown was hitting him and green ignoring i was hitting him.

49:30 Seeing they are still teaming I go in for belarus to take out green while hes teaming dg in russia.

52:00 I gain the upperhand and at this point you can see blues troops running over to me in belarus from behind completely ignoring dark greens still remaining presence in russia odd huh?

1:15:30 Blue takes the left brown takes the right and they finish me off, but what cringes me more is what they all do after? DG BLUE BROWN GREEN draw the game, even though it was perfectly playable, risk FFA is not meant to just kill off everyone who isnt your buddy then quit, it is meant for everyone in the game to play solo and with the goal is reaching 1st place victory in mind. It seems now preteamers can easily draw a game and end it unfairly it only takes 4 votes, so like this case if 4 preteamers are in a game even at the very start they could just troll everyone by drawing it and ending it, I would seriously consider fixing this, but I am sure drawing for purposes like this in its self is bannable right? starts at

Then all 4 of them just quit giving red the win, when the game was still perfectly play able, if your not in a game to play it as intended those 4 have no business playing risk devo for a little while that is bullshit to anyone like me who plays for 1st place every single time!

Any further thoughts:

In game chat they did admit to being friends and being all in a skype call, now this its self is not preteaming, i get it friends do like playing together, that is apart of having a online video game, but always playing this way making it so that they always win as a team never lose either of their members that is preteaming, especially not even playing out the game against eachother and just flat out quitting.

@Hazardous Sorry for the large information there is just a lot of time stamps, but I tried to cut down the opinions and stick to what is needed to acknowledge the pre-team.

After reviewing, the evidences presented here do not convince me without doubt that these four pre-teamed. For me to ban four people for pre-team, the instances must be very clear and obvious. With that being said, no bans will be issued. If there are other games where you feel these four have pre-teamed, feel free to post.

On a side note, you can stop pre-teaming yourself, thanks.
