I ran into many people who purposely wanna lose games, I still don't understand it, we played to round 31, which is 1 hour and 15 minutes of constant leaks and pressure.. Ive taken a look at his previous games, he does the same shit, trolls and provokes a forfeit vote to lose elo
please fix this community I have quit more than enough games due to the community being scum. I really like this game and don't wanna quit.

I cant see where he is ruining intentionally. Of course he trolled you in chat after you raged the whole time. Wanting to report him after 45 seconds into the game, just because he build landmines? You would be surprised how much you can archive with landmines... You never showed intention to help him, of course does a noob what a noob does then. The votekick against him was not legit as he wasnt ruining on purpose. He even send with you in team all the time.
I dont see the intention of team killing. I wont ban someone who's just bad in this game and dont get any help. With this said, the two people who refused to votekick wont get a ban aswell.
But i will keep an eye on it in case he gets more request against him soon.
