Game Name: [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #69
Your Warcraft III Username: mightydawn
Violator's Warcraft III Username: LAMER@EUROPE.NET (CM), yeezz@asia.battle.net (Invoker)
Violated Rule(s): Map Hack
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at about 10:45 (in-game) Crystal Maiden hunts and finds troll in woods alone. I thought this was suspicious. Then at about 13:00 (in-game) CM teleports to bottom lane and hunts URSA. Ursa backs and Cm ends chase. While in fog, URSA turns back into jungle and CM reengages in fog. If CM were to hunt me maybe he would think URSA go for neuts but watching him navigate, he microed at URSAS direction the entire time while turning the corner of trees. Then once CM engages there was brief fog where URSA disappears, not sure if there was any fog clicking there. Then at 19:00, While URSA WAS Roshing, INVOKER lands SUNSTRIKE on ursa in fog at the back of roshan area.
Any further thoughts:
Check this out guys, thanks and comment. Thanks.

Re: [DOTA] LAMER@EUROPE.NET
none of the several fog clicks were legit
While CM's actions at 10:45 and 13:00 are both suspicious, especially 11ish mins when she pings small camp, I think in terms of circumstance they aren't enough to ban for mh. It could simply just be good game knowledge/awareness as both troll and ursa farmed lane bot for a bit before going jungle. Cm was also easily ganked once or twice, and warded in effective spots.
No, the most suspicious player for mh on scourge to me was sniper, who backed a few times in woods at around 22 mins. Sniper did not back when ursa came bot lane at around 8:10 replay timer invis, although it seemed to me like he "flinched" a little and though about backing right as ursa came into field of screen invis. He also boldly proclaimed at around 19mins game timer that ursa blinked to rosh, literally right after it happened. This could be good awareness (checking items he had/rosh/players' positions, lucky guess, etc). However, I think that personally I would have not expected ursa to go rosh there as it was poor timing. I probably wouldn't have asked someone to check rosh seeing as invoker just saw ursa near rosh I would have doubted an experienced player would try to do it then. There were probably a couple other times, but I've also played with this kid a couple times and strongly suspected him of mh.
Spoiler!

I Agree with child here 10 and 13 min are not enough to ban
I would continue to watch this player though as he seems way to good for the small amount of games he played
invokers sun strike at rosh could have been used to check rosh
Reviewing for sniper again as I believe he hacks
I need to place close attention to the sun strike before or after sniper claims on that blink
At 16 min sniper walks back an fourth waiting for huskar to get low enough on live to attack
he has no vision of huskar and attacks when he is low enough.
Pink Calling blinked to rosh confirms map hack.
Saying he is at rosh is one thing knowing he blinked from behind with out vision with the other instance is enough
Banning dr.h00k one year for map hacking
