el_panadero@west definitely ruined / item destroyed so he's banned

Actually in all of the many vote kicks that were started against him, snaypher@east was the only one who did not vote... even when it was fairly obvious he was ruining (feeding/branches)

So. elpanadero@west banned 7 days for ruining and snaypher@east banned 2 days for refusal to vk.
