Squritle is Setharias under another name.
Setherias has previously been given warnings here about impersonating Admins.
Squritle, Charmender and Bulbsaur preteam. However, unforuantely I don't think this replay shows this.
What this replay shows is Sethrias (Squritle) exploiting the !draw feature. Risk is meant to be anonomouys. Yet the 3 of them communicate via outside means and ruin the atmosphere of Risk on your severs by exploiting the !draw feature to find out players identities. They then target players they don't like by communicating outside the game. As you can seen Squirtle had communication with Charmander to take Greens top Russia port to prevent me from taking it.

TLDR: Setherias (Squirtle) preteam and exploit !draw feature to ruin the game for other players.

I appreciate a ban request and I will go over it professionally giving my knowledgeably opinions.
#1 - "Setherias has previously been given warnings here about impersonating Admins." this is unimportant as this BRQ is not for me impersonating, I have not impersonated or joked about being an admin since I was warned about it the first and only time, and the circumstances of that were already explained, so please remove topics that are not relevant to the request.
#2 - "Squritle, Charmender and Bulbsaur preteam. However, unfortunately I don't think this replay shows this." - If this replay does not have preteaming in it then please remove preteaming from the violated rules as that is also unnecessary information keep your post relevant to what you want to report for.
#3 - Read what bug abuse means, the draw command is not a bug it works appropriately as functioned and there is no way to abuse it in a technical way that breaks the game.
#4 - The only information relative to this post is me using the draw command the way I did, I did that as payback for you for the times you did it to me, in which I have ban requested for in the past but then later removed it. However using draw command to find names is not considered an exploit as far as in concerned. The only way I view drawing to be bannable is preteamers using draw to end the game when they are the only ones left after killing off everyone else in order to avoid fighting eachother at the end. Which i have a current BRQ out for this for preteamers using it this way.
#5 He attacked Russia to take green out of the game and he actually had to go he had on call shift at work as his job is a on call job and had to bail after he hit the port having no time to finish the take over of russia. At this point you are already dead so theres no reason we would have to team you.

I kill you specifically because i don't like you, your a tool in my opinion, and i think 99% of clan vor hates you and most other random people hate you to, and its obvious why. You wont be targeted by me and others if your more likable. True story. Learn to fix your ban requests and make them to the point with 100% relative information.

How do you know that? So you were in communication with him during the game.

99% of VoR does not hate me haha I just spoke to the cheif Unter then who reffered to you and I quote "Some preteaming nub who is in close with ENT admins"

Anyway you exploited the !draw feature to find out players names so you could target specific people to give yourself a tactical advantage.

Thanks for the inputs. I can assure you that Setharias is not "close to ENT admins". Setharias if we find you impersonating admins again (not saying that is the case here, did not review), the ban will be much steeper, you were already warned.

There is not enough evidence to ban for pre-teaming here. Feel free to post more timestamps or another game with pre-teaming instances.
