Junico27 @ USEast banned 2 days for failure to heal the king.

@bna123 We do not typically ban for a leaver (Kwoku) - auto-ban takes care of that (there are exceptions, but he does not satisfy those requirements). Regarding Junico27, his King control seemed really poor but not bannable unless there is evidence to prove that it was intentionally bad.
