Any further thoughts: At what point does repeatedly dying become intentional feeding? Noob or not Jugg repeatedly refused our advice and scourge wouldn't vote to kick. GetStomped refused to vote three times and continued to feed on Jugg.

We tried advising Jugg numerous times throughout the game and he wouldn't listen(27:15/29:07 for example). Mod or not refusing to kick an obvious game ruining feeder is against ENT rules. We tried to help jugg numerous times even before trying to kick and to think that we wouldn't at least try to help him prior is not a valid argument. DotA is a team game and we made every effort to offer advice and we wouldn't have tried to kick him had we not.

This is all made worse by the fact that GetStomped holds mod status and still refused a vote on obvious ruining. Simply poor sportsmanship.

Get stomped did nothing against the rules or what a mod is supposed to do, and was not the only one who didn't kick.

Simply by reporting getstomped for not voting to kick a "ruiner" and not actually reporting this "ruiner" for the game ruining, aren't you confirming it yourself that jugg was not a ruiner but just a noob?

If not, why not report him first and foremost?

Moreover, since get stomped was on opposite team he was not as aware of juggs behavior or team chat. AND he did kick him at 42 mins when it was explained that jugg was not listening to team's advice...
