Nobody votes either time and game ends around 38 mins with not a single attempt from Haralampi to rejoin the game and play to the finish.

Both times its clearly explained why he should be votekicked and goes unquestioned/unanswered. For sent players Haralampi is not visable on minimap for the duration and they(sent) are raxing us which should b indication enough that he was game ruining.

First votekick he was at fountain fr like 90 seconds. That's way too early to kick him
During the second votekick he came back so your team saw he was back and as he went straight top to the creeps they saw him too.
