I watched reaply , orange was afk for sure , don't know the reason probably he was on the phone call as he said , but that not justify him , if he send there for sure it was going to change the impact of the game.

@uploader Yes, he appears to be a bit of a troll but apart from 15 (not sending), did not break any rules - keep that in mind and you cannot really threaten to ban someone for not building what you want them to - consider this a warning.
