Any further thoughts:

These guys vk abuse me from the beginning because they are probably friends. I did not break any rules and the enemy team probably just wanted an easier game. I warned them very clearly that I wasn't breaking any rules and I would submit a ban. Please ban max so these guys understand the rules!

Jugg got kicked for never playing with team (2-0-1 in 23-min game) + ruining gyro's mid solo despite gyro called mid with everyone else's agreement.

@Burnt When you click the link it links to replay 7199778 - the correct replay.

You can't kick someone for going mid, and my team was obviously having a power trip, while the enemy team wanted a better chance to win, so they votekicked. I broke no rules, and no one said the reason was me going solo, which didn't even happen (as you can see in the text I quoted above). Watch the replay and you will see that I was in the battles around the team and pushing lanes the whole game. 2-0-1 by 23 minutes is not bad considering I was jugg who could stand a bit a of farm. The game was already way stacked with a leaver, and there was no serious threat my team faced, and definitely no legit reason to votekick me.

BTW, who were you in this game?

Flaming doesn't necessarily permit bans. There should be a larger hold of moderators that can mute / kick these people

@dotaworx1 yours is not the proper link for reporting. Burnt's is. Go to stats and type in your name to pull up the list of your games. That is how you get the proper replay link.
Dota is a team game which requires cooperation and communication with allies. Your team felt you were not cooperating with the team. It is permissible to votekick a player for this. Your chat, and your refusal to grant mid solo (because as you stated you were afk when he called it) indicates a lack of team cooperation, and your 2-0 with zero assists indicates you werent involved with your team's fights. Their votekick of you was justifiable for these reasons.
