Any further thoughts: I LawLsuiT (Gondar) was on Sentinel and Johnny_Grey (Leoric) was Scourge he !votekicked his teammate buttcheekin (Winter Wyvern) for having a score of (0-3) and dying too much i suppose and Sifu voted !yes. At that point our teammate Naboki (Strygwyr) was 1-4 so we pretty much had an even game so it makes no sence why he would try and !votekick not to mention its against the rules. After your warn, did he made it again? No. He didn't. So he's following the rule. If I warn someone in game, after a second offense, if he stop, I won't ban him. First ask of votekick, I just don't answer if all look good for both side. Second ask of !votekick, I will tell why? If no valid reason, I will do like you, warning him, if he keep going, I ban. He didn't. So I've no reason to ban the said user.

EDIT : What is highlighted, the answer is there : First you had no warn from other user, second, you didnt read the !votekick policy, third, you did asked like 4-5 time in your case, he did only two time. There's two way to votekick abuse. 1st Getting the user kicked without valide reason.

Second, spamming it to harrass player. The 3-4-5-6-7 etc

After a second ask, if no one want to kick it, let the game go. If seriously later in game, he's throwing, he can re-ask it.

Palsgraf told you how can't you see the 'rule' after 3-4-5 time. After 3 time, you should notcie the 'don't kick noob'.

Yes his 'reason' to kick wasn't right. Still people can make mistake, compare to you, he didn't continue and abused it after being warn. You need to keep in mind that every case are different. If he had made !votekick one more time, only one more, I had him banned. Still he didn't, after your warn, he stopped.
