Replay times:

07:43 - doesn't go after Tech since there are several land mines. Techie set them while in the fog, so Slark couldn't see them
08:25 - Slark activates ulti before seeing Techie and goes straight after him, while avoiding the land mines
17:00 - Slark doesn't follow the enemies because of the land mines, so goes around where there are no mines
21:20 - places 2 sentry wards exactly where the remote mines are, and then pings there
28:00 - puts a sentry ward exactly near the remote mines
29:10 - puts a sentry ward near the land mines, even though Mirana died there to land mines a few seconds before
30:40 - activates lothar and goes directly at Techie who is in the fog - he doesn't bother to place a sentry ward near him since he knows there are no mines, and just attacks and kills Techie
33:30 - places a sentry ward near the remote mines
33:50 - activates lothar and goes directly at Tech who is in the fog
37:45 - he decides not to go after Techie this time since he knows there are a lot of remote mines near him
38:15 - perfectly avoiding the stasis trap and goes after Techie
40:15 - avoiding remote mines

Any further thoughts:

I didn't play this game, but I noticed Gryphon@europe today in a lobby with some fishy stats (70/9), so I checked him out. When I saw he was from Egypt and that he mostly played Slark, Legion and Viper, I knew immediately who that guy was. His former nick was RePaY@europe who got banned last year for map hacking. I decided to check one of his games and the results are at the top.

Sadly, this guy appealed to the ENT admins asking for his IP to be unbanned because of that ban. See this:

Let me quote one sentence from his ban appeal:

i swear i wont use any mh again and if u caught me ban me forever

I think that's enough. As a former head admin at some other community who is very experienced at reviewing the replays, I can say this: "Once a map hacker, always a map hacker". I suggest stop unbanning any more map hackers.

4:30 - runs opposite direction of invoker. didnt know until i looked at replay. maybe luck, yes.
12:55 - uses lothars uphill runs straight to invoker to ult in fog.
13:15 - invoker was 1-2 hit from death but LC turns around and runs because slardar was right there but still hidden in fog.
19:45 - uses lothars into jungle, turns back as soon as sentinel team moves toward him. (sent still in fog)
23:55 - uses lothars straight to teal
28:00 - chases slark who has leaped into trees
28:28 - goes right to slark who has been in fog for a long time
33:00 - uses lothars and chases teal
35:50 - cuts off invis invoker, then nukes invoker in ghost walk that was low hp
36:31 - backs before finishing tower that had 1 hit left because invoker and wd were both approaching
38:15 - uses lothars straight to yellow, he ignores clones of invoker since they were no threat
39:47 - uses lothars straight to jungling slark

Any further thoughts: LC started off with suspicious events then becomes more obvious. there could be other requests for him. seems like possible ip address changes with different accounts

6:30 creeping in forest, finishes creep camp and moves down towards the next one, as invoker moves above him and towards the camp he just vacated. He gets to the creep camp, and rather than attack it, turns to move up, as invoker, who is still in fog, continues to move towards him. He circles back to the original camp, then makes another loop ultimately following invoker to the top tower, though never having gained vision of him.
15:45 lothars and proceeds directly to invokers position. Had lost vision of invoker in middle lane at approx 15:20, and this was not an unreasonable place to project he might be. He does break off his attack as slardar approaches in fog.
22:27 changes direction to avoid 3 heroes coming towards him in fog
26:35 uses lothars and runs straight at witch doctor who is not visible.
31:10 seems to follow slark as he leaps down the side of the map in fog.
35:50 chases an invisible witch doctor, but this was aided by skywraths spell that was following wd's path.
38:35 follows an almost dead invisible voker and casts a spell on his position when he was still invisble. He had seen the initial direction invoker was taking when zeus's bolt revealed him, and this could have been prudent guess work of path and location.
39:12 tanking second mid tower, backs suddenly with full health with tower one hit from dead, as wd and invoker approach in fog.
42:30 lothars directly to slark creeping in forest with no vision.
All in all pretty convincing evidence for maphack.
