Any further thoughts: we paused for red to pick mode, he unpaused once, we repaused and he unpaused again not picking a mode. I explained the rules and said it was a ban and they argued back with the exception of teal. I don't think purp even speaks English so I'm not sure how responsible you want to hold him but red and blue definitely violated the rule.
