Any further thoughts:
Orange (tim3i1 useast.battle.net) and yellow (grandjo3i1 useast.battle.net) were premade and crossed.

We agreed to send 15 -> yellow send gargs instead of w8ing for demon.
Orange didnt send demon at all and yellow had about 2k lumber that he didnt even spend!
The enemy team didnt upgrade king and with their send it would have been a won game!

I would suggest to give them both a time out!

They missed only one send (and not even missed completly) The rule states "when asked to do so several times".
As it dont look intentional in order to TK i wont ban here.
