Any further thoughts:
Teal (lockdown. uswest.battle.net) didnt understand at lvl 1 that red( voo.at europe.battle.net) needed 6 income to build 3rd phantom lvl 2 and started to flame constantly about that issue the whole game.
From End lvl 1 till round start lvl 2 he flamed so much he "forgot" to build as value cross and raged even more about that to red comlaining its his fault.
At lvl 7 were we agreed to send he made lumber upgrade 3/2 so he couldnt send because he was the only one who wanted to send 8.
At lvl 13 start he did solo send without calling ( purple also stated in chat history that he just sent without a call)
At lvl 14 were the rest of the team agreed to send he refused to send around 1000 lumber.

Furthermore orange (buddha[hota] europe.battle.net) way lying about the rules to force a draw with is never mandatory and called to report us for not drawing!

I would suggest some cooldown time for these people!

It sounds to me very familiar on ENT. unfortunately i dont have permission now to play on LIHL (dont have recommended Elo), because here on simple Ltd and maybe on 1200 are way too many noobs. Dont want to be arrogant but in every game i play best from my team. These kind of players like you present above in my opinion must be permanent banned. They are a lost cause. I try teach them in every game and most of them don't listen and call me idiot, kid or etc... When they(noobs) ruin games i would ban them all to not teamkill, ruin, leave, afk, missheals anymore.
