Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): ~19:00 minute mark until votekick (~21:00 mins) is the intentional rulebreaking. Just bad conduct all the way through before that.
Any further thoughts: Would love to see a long ban if possible -- total disregard of respect for ENT rules and regulations; claiming that he doesn't care if he's banned because "there's bgn." IMO, let's keep children like this off the ENT servers. But that's up to the moderators, I guess.
