For flaming, just read the chat.
For stealing items and then giving it to the other team, 37:45 I warned the team not to take my bottle. PL takes it, goes to mid, and drops it in front of the enemy team.
For votekick abuse, 17:05 and 39:48, PL initiates a votekick on me.

For refusal to assist the team, I tried to help PL even after his blatant attempts of not trying to win the game. He did not listen to the advice of our team at any point of the game. For example, nevermore tried giving him advice after the intentional feeding and he refuses to listen.

For intentional feeding: The entire game, he would not listen. He TP's right into the enemy team and dies. This was for about ten of his deaths. The others were probably legitimate deaths in that he at least tried to run away.

Any further thoughts:
PL deserves an incredibly lengthy ban. Broke practically every rule in the game and after multiple attempts to get him to play serious, he continued on. Clearly won't learn from his bans anyways. I did not watch the replay again to pinpoint the exact time but you don't need much evidence to see that I'm not making any of this up. Clearly a terrible player to this community and deserves longer than a traditional ban.

@beerlord I would prefer you to deal with this as you actually take your time in handling these.

So where does it say in the rules that CM has to get aura and can't get dagon? The fact is, CM was trying to win the game. There was zero implication in his gameplay of any that he wanted to lose. He had six assists (2nd most on the team). Viper's build was completely unorthodox. By your logic, if pink told Viper to get mek but Viper decided to get relic, Viper should be banned. "Clearly tries to make the team lose." Really? Because Viper trolls him and he does some iffy things? Did he not push with the team? Did he not help his teammates win? Making the team lose is what PL did. And FYI, can you please read and comprehend information, Billy? If not, please refrain from posting on this thread again. If I planted pink, why the hell am I reporting him? You do realized he helped kill me three times, right? "Zero wards", again, is that against the rules? Does it state that CM has to get wards? Pink is that thrower Kaapo that griefs in all of his game and he tries to make his team lose. Hes ultying creeps as cm to steal his teammates creeps, nothing more to add lmfao. You selectively ignored the fact that cm used the 90-cd cooldown ult to steal creeps fro teammate. No aura for team until level 12. !ff at min 11.

Getting a level 5 dagon and not warding are not bannable, true. But if you combine all the behaviors pink had, don't you think he's fking toxic?

Seems like you guys ignore the fact that these guys were basically trolling him as well. Take it as you wish but at the end of the day, he helped you guys win the game. Viper was more toxic than CM. I didn't selectively ignore anything. He's getting reported for not kicking.

I cant believe I had to spend 50 minutes watching that shit show of a game. fml.
While it is clear to me that pl was game ruining by late game, it was not clear at all at the time the votekicks against him were started. By game end, yes. The problem with initiating votekicks early (and when unwarranted) is it numbs the team to consideration of subseqent votekicks, and makes them reluctant to vote yes for fear of being held accountable for an illegal one. And when you throw out the "i will ban all nonvoters" early in the process that also makes people not trust you because they believe ( and were correct imo) that those early votekicks attempts were illegal. So, no bans for failure to votekick. I think their reluctance was understandable.
However, by game end, it was clear to me that pl was game ruining. Constantly getting ganked when pushing out in lane solo, low level, and his chat all indicate this. Jizzbutter is banned 5 days for game ruin.
Also, rylai was game ruining in my opinion. He stated early in game no aura for you and did not get it until level 12. At 7 min when sb charged sent heros in his lane he ignored the fight and kept killing creeps. At min 9:43 viper was fighting sent heros in his lane and he ignored the fight until viper was dead and continued to kill creeps. When viper was dead (or nearly so) he turned and came to help but viper still got the kill. At 1434 he ults a creep wave and a pl illusion. At 2858 when viper is fighting pl rylai blinks in and then ults after pl is already dead. At 33:14 he blinks to ledge above the rune and ults the creep camp that viper is creeping. At 35:50 he does not help allies as they are engaging sent heros at top rax. He stands on ledge and watches. This passive agressive play style is game ruining in my opinion. pena also banned 5 days for game ruin.
