sunshade@useast.battle.net (teal) kept repeatedly making feed bases. The team told him not to base until he has at least 35k lumber since it was very late in the game. But just repeatedly basing on 5k lumber or even less.

He acknowledged our thoughts but still continued to base with under 5k lumber. He had more than 7k feet.
He also claimed that he was new but has more than 17 Island Defense games played on that account. We told him it was a rule to cooperate. This was intentionally feeding at this point.
