That rule in this game only count for lvl 15, when they were racing.
Adi did not do this on a racing level, he did it at lvl 11.
That rule is made so players cant just sell 50% of their value so the units clog and the demons cant attack the king while the other team dies because the demons are attacking their king.

no the rule doesnt count only for wave 15. since it doesnt say:

Do not sell value to stall time and gain an advantage on wave 15.

the rule cleary state that you are NOT allowed to sell value to stall the game. And thats what he did.

these two rules are completly diffrent and cover diffrent things.

Read a bit closer, i said in this game.
In some games the teams are racing on lvl 17.

The rule says "do not sell value to stall time [...] on a racing level. It does not say "to stall the game".

yeah i agree, if the rule only says "do not sell value to stall time on a racing level" 100% agree with you, he would not have violated any rules. But sadly its not the hole rule.

that implies that every wave can be a racing lvl, therefore it doesnt matter if it was 15 that game.

but who defines which level is the racing level how you can know that before? you could guess but you cant ban someone for an assumption.
anyway this rule needs some clarification and rephrase.

the rule itself says "a racing level" that means every wave you wanna send will be the racing wave. if the rules would say "the racing level" then yes, the rules needs a rephrase. When he sold his untis to gain an advantage and you as a grp decide to send wave X. wave X is the racing level. even if your opponent doesnt send, its still the racing level since you cant know 100% wether or not your opponent will send.

and there is no assumtion needed actually. and the rules is very easy to understand like its phrased

Well according to the rules, it doens't violate any of them atm
he didn't sell to teamkill (it was a team's plan im assuming), theres no "players must have half recommended value" rule either, and " Do not sell value to stall time and gain an advantage on a racing level." ... it wasn't racing level either
