That means you can report him, but not lie about the rules. There is no rule to draw if wrong mode has been entered. So you will get banned for it again when a moderator sees this thread.

I dont wont deceive players, but i can leave if red pick bad mode, but i will give ban for leave, thats reason why i wont draw...

you can report the violator but you are not allowed to lie about rules.
you can always ask for a draw but dont treat or force players.

I every time draw if someone leave in first 3 rounds, all time draw if red pick bad mode, but if i wont draw, nobody do it and banned me

And in my opinion, I think player red "furymaster.bg" should get a ban for not telling the mode in lobby as well as @zeXik considering that he has done this before. You should report the player instead of lying about the rules. But I agree with you that they should draw it if they didn't notify about the mode and people don't like it.
