Any further thoughts: This guy already got a 1 year ban for dodging ban.... now creates another account and pretty much has identicle name...also know its same person because he only will play hybrid and this person also has same style

@Larz Well he was supposely banned for 1 year here: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=90871 on the accs suker/vag1nalowner (11th june)
As you can see, the acc https://entgaming.net/openstats/dota/?u=Vag1nalius has played from 16th june till 18th june at least, so that was after his last ban (unless i missed another ban)
The account Vag1nalius is not currently banned, and was used to play/dodge after his initial ban
EDIT: If im not wrong, after looking through his friend's games (trololol acc), im almost sure piskavpiske@europe.battle.net, mokrayapisya@europe.battle.net, Vag1nalius@europe.battle.net and perfectltd@europe.battle.net are all his accounts (Got games played between 12th June and 20th june; All follow the same pattern: Russian accounts, likes to play hybrid/pr mode without announcing it, same zoom option)
