yes telling enemy team you are at rosh is considered ghosting and is bannable. It by itself isnt worthy of a votekick in game however, so there will be no bans for failure to votekick. Aznpower did, however, put his entire team on ignore. In a team game that is dependent on cooperation this obviously is a game ruining tactic.
aznpower is banned 5 days for game ruin and ghosting.
