61:00: OMG this shot ... waited at the end of the slark fight to use is double ult ...
I stop here ... please ban him for a while. And he talk shit all game instead playing good and in teameate.

This is total BS false report.. I did way more throughout the game than you and any of the other team and I even let you take mid solo. Also at around 20:00-24:00 we had a important team fight and slark didn't come help at all and we all died which caused them to get way ahead. And I remember slark KS'd me too once.

I only FF because i had to go i was tired from drinking but i still finished the game and played very good considering how much the team fed void. I only backed when i had a CD or needed items.

I had more assist than you and every1 else on team. so why report me for KS which isn't even a rule...? and i did the least feeding by far. if anything we lost because bara and blue were soloing lane to much and fed them.

There is no rule for kill stealing nor about using the !ff command if he didn't grief afterwards.

The only instances being reviewed are the following
1. Calling vision for Techies
2. Sit outside of enemies' base when raxing
3. Runs back when he is pushing
4. Waiting until end of slark fight to use double ult

2. He had to pull back because his hp/mana had reduced.
3. He run back because his hp was lower than that, he used refresher to regenerate.
4.

There was a lot of teamplay and a lot of provoking from others towards him. He did more p ushing, and only truly KS'd on 3 of his kills, you did about the same. This ban request is denied.
