Any further thoughts: I have bad english,but u can undersand,he was not go draw game but he know to type !votekick for AFK player,other him teamMate type it !draw who is lower lvl. Pls punish him,i dont like that bad behavior he is unrespect other players. If he not respect players,he not respect and this site and staffs. Pls punish him.( sry for bad eng. ) hope u will understand me. I lose ELO for nothing,try-ed to stack few good. but 1v2 is un fair. They needed to go it was just lvl 1.

@Deba watch the replay and write when the fog clicks happend, because i didnt find any fogclicks around two min.
Also draw is not mandatory and the player will therefor not be banned for not drawing.

@Deba Threatning to ban users is strongly not advised, as you might get yourself banned for doing so:

Anyways, after reviewing:

pornstar_peon@uswest.battle.net should be banned for afk (He was kicked, however never typed gamemode, and was afk until kicked at 2.49)

Regarding the other players, !draw is not mandatory, therefore nothing bannable in their actions.

You can check suggestion archive, and read previous discussions regarding draw (Overall there would be plenty of abuse cases if draw became mandatory, ergo why it wasn't approved)
