Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Thieums59 (playing Rooftrellen) refused to use Ultimate spell for the entirety of game and also never spent a single coin (had ~$6500) after buying boots of speed at start. He did not defend w/ team when asked and - again - NEVER used his Ultimate spell despite being requested to. He also never spent his money.
Any further thoughts: When asked why he said "I'm waiting for blue" over and over. Even after being threatened about a ban he just said "I'm waiting for blue". Please Perma IP Ban this trashcan because, in truth, his mother failed when she didn't abort. Next best thing is perma ip ban
