After reviewing (replay timers):

Oj afk's at game start till 2:25 (around 2 seconds before creeps spawn)
Afk's between 25:40 and 28:00

So lallamakllama@europe.battle.net should be banned for afk (I woulnd't count the first afk at start, considering he comes back before creeps spawn and he tp'ed top right after)
