After reviewing:

Purple agreed with blue sending on 7, red/teal dind't want to send so in the end its a 2 yes vs 2 no's on sending ... so not really solo play (even if imo, it was a stupid send knowing they had a ygg holder, which in the end held obv)

Anyways regarding the brq itself, 2 yes, 2 no's - so 50/50 team decision, the brq should be denied

I dont think purple went in line with the send. Just went through the replay again. he never said we should send. we were last but not least all force to send, purple just reassured blues solo request asking to send or not.
Just giving my opinion here no offence to anyone taking decision at the end

Well, purple never said anything against it and he asks "so send?", which after blue sent, he sent right after him, so yes, we can claim he never said "yes", but considering he never said no, refused to send, but actually follow the call and send right after, he agreed with the send
