Re: multiple
I am ROTTEN in that game. In our defense, we kicked because he was clinkz with helix, mana burn, command aura, and some other random skills. We let him play, but he played clinkz as if he was axe just running in and hoping that helix would help, but it didn't. By around 5 minute mark, he was 0-3, so someone on my team initiated a votekick which went through on the 1st time. I don't think that's votekick abuse.
Re: multiple
Next time don't kick unless you are pretty sure you are not committing vote kick abuse. I think you knew this was vote kick abuse.

Re: multiple
I see no votekick abuse here, you were clearly having no clues of what you were doing , and you get 0/3 , lvl 2after 5 mins.
Your skills choice is awfull ,your item choice is awful , your first death proves you have no knowledge of dota mechanics ...

Re: multiple
You can not kick a player that is new to the game even if they do not know how to play other players should give advice an if such a player does not take the advice and continues to fail then he can be kicked.
Re: multiple
Moving back to ban request section for 2nd review by another GM.
To OP, please give us time. Thanks.
We will get back to you soonest possible.

Re: multiple
after watching the replay, he was wrongfully kicked from the game. you guys ping him and say FB instead of telling him what he should or shouldnt do, you instead watched him die. then his other deaths was just bad play by both players bot.
Him being the noob does not give you the right to kick him.
however, OP used votekick prior to anyone else even doing anything. altho it was done as a joke imo. it doesnt make it ok.
hence, I would suggest we dismiss this case all together. since OP thinks its a joke to VK others (even tho it doesnt pass) he himself got a taste of his own medicine and instead got kicked.

Re: multiple
huxp has played 210 games .. his last games were all Lod games
He has played over 50 Lod games in a row.
He can't be considered a "noob" .
From my point of view , after so much games picking any random skills who leads you to feeding without any chance , of ever being usefull is game ruining .
he played dota since he joined ENT . If in 3 months he didn't grab a single clue about how to build a hero , this has no more to do with play skills or "noobness" .
The goal of the votekick here was to preserve any interest for the 9 other players to play.

All replies are allowed. As long as it continues to remain civil. Thanks.
We need one more LoD moderator for confirmation / having differing views.

Let's not get sidetracked here, but this is a wrong interpretation of the rule. Just because a player is "bad" doesn't mean the votekick wasn't an abuse.
- You shouldn't judge and kick someone based on the meta, like as if there is one for LoD, and the skill level of the given player. Everyone was bad at one point.
- Because this is a public game and not an inhouse league, skill level should be irrelevant. There is no vouch system that decides those that are fit to play or not.

Each person is case dependent. Not everyone is the same. There are some that rapidly improve and some that slowly learn over time. You cannot make assumptions based on these statistics because they're superficial.

That being said, there is a fine line between whether or not someone is either trying to maliciously ruin the game or unintentionally ruining the game for other players due to the person's lack of experience and game knowledge.
In the eyes of the other nine players in the game, your movements and actions did suggest that you were feeding that game. Every time you went back to lane, you were constantly dying. Because of that, it's justifiable for them to votekick you because they thought you were intentionally feeding.

What they may not understand that is that your actions were probably from a product of a lack of game knowledge and experience. There is no right or wrong answer for this case. Because this is a public league, they shouldn't judge you for being a bad player although you were unintentionally ruining their gaming experiences. However, because you haven't explicitly told them that you were fairly new at this game, it's safe for them to assume that you were trolling your team and they all reacted according to that.
___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
For my concluding remark, I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you made those mistakes due to your lack of experience and game knowledge in particular to LoD. If these situations were to arise, you should notify your team that you're fairly inexperienced even if you may seem to feel confident with the build that you've drafted. That way, they will understand why you're making those decisions; and hopefully, they won't wrongfully crucify you.
With the reasons stated above, this ban requests made to those that votekicked should be denied. Though you were a victim of the votekick system, you also need to understand that in that game, it was partly your fault in the sense that you weren't able to clearly express yourself to the members of the game when you were being votekicked. Like I've stated before, there is no right or wrong answer for this particular case.
