Any further thoughts: I picked up a DD @ minute 28 noone see it there are no wards, I went mid to kill a few creeps then after they lose vision from me... I lothar to Roshan, meepo went straight to roshan. He stoped using all the meepos he only focus on 1. Went straight to Roshan and didnt stop until get near me... Team's player complained about meepo the whole game about MH but it is my only oportunity to see that meepo MH or he did a nice GOOD GUESS to check roshan for first time @ minute 30, exactly when I was doing it. Then he decided to put a ward after it.

I was going to do Rosh myself at that time (bought observer wards for it as well) and wasn't looking for you at all. I didn't know if anyone was at Rosh until I got there to see the half HP Rosh and you, and that is all there is to it. If I knew you were there, i wouldn't have used one meepo to go there in the first place, especially when you had a ward in the river showing my isolated meep. Also in case you wanted to know and view my other meepo games too, my main is rain. @useast.

One incident that can be considered suspicious, is not enough to convict someone for map hack.
In this case, the accused player provided his explanation on the event, and it sounds legit and very common.

Unless you can provide more evidence against him, this ban request will be denied.
