Then nags teammates badly saying "stop feeding" when no one is feeding
Limbsky starts feeding
24 minute mark he sit at fountain for rest of game and moves so we cant -afk kick him and cheers for other team.
He then destroys his items in case we vote kick him.
Other team wont vote kick him.

Hello there gonzo, so after reviewing the replay, limbsky does in fact refuse to play and afk patrol from 25:30 of the replay timer all the way until the end of the game. It is very clear that he did not want to help his team at all.

Now considering all of the above, and also the fact that you still won the game without his help. I would say that because he didn't actually ruin the game since you won, I am guessing his ban sentence would be about 4-7 days, maybe longer.

Now the only 2 players through out all 3 vote-kick attempts that did not vote to kick limbsky were indeed Creampiegod and Soldier0987. I believe that they should be subject to a ban for refusal to vote-kick a player that is intentionally trying to ruin a game. Because you still won the game, and it was not ruined, they probably wont be banned for as long, but should certainly still be banned.
