After looking at the chat, yes he did flame, but I do not see it as "excessive" flame which would warrant a ban. I did spot a vote-kick abuse though, not sure if he will be banned or not for that either.

I will watch the replay now and look for "refusing to defend on enemy pushes, both top and bot lanes."

32:30 enemy team is pushing top, your whole team tries to defend your t2 tower, but orange backs to fountain instead of helping your team, your whole team except orange dies, while your team is losing its last tower/rax orange is just running around the forest (although there is not much he can do as one person).

39:05 Enemy team is pushing bot, you allies are at bottom trying to defend, while orange is in middle creeping, then he backs off to fountain after 3 of your allies die in that battle.

Now I doubt the outcome of the game would have been any different if orange was there in both crucial battles. But for refusing to cooperate with the team, if he does not have any prior offenses, he should probably get a 2 day ban.

He didn't actually refuse to defend.
In the last fight, he said twice " wait for spec ulti, and then go ", which would be a good strategy, even tho there was nothing that could save you at that point.
Not his fault your teammates were bad, and picked a terrible position/timing for a fight.

At 3550 specifically, he died, then instantly revived and rejoined the fight to help you. He ganged plenty of times, joined/initiated many fights, helped team in many occasions.
