Any further thoughts: Shredder stole snipers items for 3/4 minutes until I threatened to ban him, he got scared and hid snipers items on the ground . He pretended that he was "borrowing" the items but he's good enough of a player to know that it won't work on him. He then bought a divine rapier on Shredder and fed it to the Slark on purpose. I've seen this guy create multiple accounts as well

shredder takes sniper's boots of elvenskin, blade of alacrity, and burize recipe, carries them around for 5 minutes, then hides them in separate spots in woods.
