It is clear that his intentions were to just have the game end with him dying or leaving at 10 minutes. He showed some effort toward the beginning of the game going to lumber bases but camps mid from 3:50 til the end of the game which lasted 8 and a half more minutes.

He knows how to play titan, doesn't want to try so he can just end the game.

So after reviewing the replay this play to me it looks like this player was legitimately trying the entire game up until he lost his ank of reincarnation in the end. Titan used wand of the wind 3 times throughout the game trying to get kills, even attempted a ward-block towards the end. Camping is a legitimate strategy as titan, that either leads to titans getting a minion and preventing builders from getting gold, or in this case being underfed. Titan was constantly pearling the map but it was apparent, that there was not much feed on the map, especially considering there were 2 observers to start with, so there were only 3 lumber bases on the entire map, and 2 of them were walled from behind to prevent nuke feed. Which was the main reason the titan was underfed until around the time your team killed him.

Titan had about 10% hp left around 13:20 when titan ran away from the summons and builders to avoid damage, and was punishing the scorpion slow off himself so he could get away quicker. Right around 13:40 when he's at the mound healing/trying to get a kill, right before the builders killed him and used up his ank, he used wind-walk so he could get away, but the attack animations had already been cast so he died and lost his ank, after which he gives up on trying around 13:50 and accepts death. I looked up this players past 10 titan games, which were 20-60 minute games. Titan could have left exactly at 10 minutes but he did not choose to. Titan has no prior offenses of this kind. Considering all of the above, denied. If you see this player repeatedly leaving at 10 minutes, you can post another ban request then.
