Venomancer did help the team defend from 23 on basically, but before that he AFK'd for more than 5 minutes in base which is not acceptable.
gaysfortrump banned for 2 days - will watch for a dodge too
Since he started playing again whenever you guys started a votekick, it's reasonable that the other team thought he was playing.
