Any further thoughts:
As the goal of ent rules, to make ent bots a friendly gaming environment, we totally understand that admins tend to change/fix violators' behavior instead of just rule them out. To be honest we do admire such kind of a management as well, violators got banned, then he made appeal and realized there were rules to follow, then came back as a rule abiding player as the rest of players, that way, we can still improve gaming environment without losing player population, however, that is, under the case only if that certain violator were willing to change.
Allow me to introduce abadon, an old bship player from Australia and he does speak English, so we actually had tried to communicate with him countless times before we even started to post requests against him and his behavior. As the result, no matter how hard we tried, he insisted to behave his own way despite he was playing a team game and what he did actually ruined the game and effected others in that game, and more importantly, it is against the rules which rest players had to follow. The cases were intolerable and leaded us had no choice but brought this issue to forum to let moderators to handle it.
Situation has became extremely unfair for rule abiding players, clearly abadon doesn't care about how would he effect his team or the game by repeating his violation, in fact he doesn't even care if he got banned or not. Ever since the first ban request being resulted on Sep 23, this is the 5th request during a month and an half, and please note that he had sitting under banned for 22 days, half of time during this period, which means he repeatedly violate the very same rule over and over again, 5 requests already in 23 days(and all previous requests had been approved), less than a month, not mention we didn't even post every single game that he went afk.
So the same story went over and over again, he ruined a game, he got banned then he came back later and kept behaving the same way, this is getting really ridiculous, we already suffer a lot while we tried to communicate with him on our own, before we brought the issue to admins, every time he joined a game, people had to leave in lobby just because he joined that game.
Although we don't understand why his 4th violation cause the same duration of ban as his 3rd one, we seriously request a long enough ban to at least force him to come to forum and make appeal here, at least then he can learn the rules, instead of keeping this ridiculous cycle over and over again. If ent's goal is really making it a better gaming environment, please be considerate for the rest rule abiding players as well, before we starting to lose them, we would deeply appreciate it.

Re: [BS] repeatedly game ruiner
As another old 'pal' in BS, I can vouch for the claims made by aqua. Rules have been established to prevent the majority of players from individuals like him. This is a highly competitive game. Players play it for fun but also for stats. Nevertheless among most games most players show a sense of teamplay and basic communication. However he pushes common sense in terms of behaviour and gameplay over the top. He won't listen, he won't communicate, he would rather crash and burn than helping the team (in reference to his prefered pick - crusader).
I support this claim because noone prefers to play with him nor does the side which accidently had to be his teammates. Doing nothing or the wrong can cause the game to turn around for the benefit who doesn't have Abadon in his team. If it includes giving gold to the other team, it will be considered as game ruining. The temporary bans pile up and none of the problems this guy causes have been solved. A strong message could make a difference here.

Re: [BS] repeatedly game ruiner
When I was still around actively playing BS Pro games and at the same time keep pointing out that though BS Pro games per week is not as much as compare to BS Crossfire, I have always maintained my stand that BS Pro is meant for players that are slightly possess different skills in limited choice of ships and/or weapons to began with. Hence, a pool number of players that are friendly would definitely improve the gaming experience. Of course with regards to the issue at hand, what Abadon did is unacceptable as he is not a new player to the game or even to ENT community. He/she should know better that teamwork and communication in BS Pro games is vital and crucial.
For e.g, previously we have the player called Fefelp who is also like this Abadon, but the community did great in guiding him to the right behavior and attitude in game which enhances the gaming experience even more. That however, one should take note that not all new players change like Fefelp, Fofo is among one of them who still behaves badly and refused to communicate or even teamwork with anyone. These kind of players is what ruining the community besides the unanimous aka or stacked team which I had raised both these issues as well back then. Unfortunately, I still don't see any viable way to resolve both issues.
Additional point to consider, it always unfair for us rule abiding players that follow the rule as if it the 10 Commandment and we could not enforce it against another player for breaking such sacred rules just because he/she is new to the game or even the community. If that's the case that ENT is making its stand on, then I guess we can scrap that 10 Commandment away as it is just merely for decoration purposes and does not hold and power against the abuser. I don't blame the anyone in the ENT Admin side for being 'impartial' at some time, but do consider our appeal accordingly and try to look at our perspective. There is merits to look into the matter if the matter is not brought up by 1 person, rather it was repeatedly pointed and raised on several occasions.
In fact, we love the game so much that why some of us even came back to reminiscence the memories and fun we had playing BS Pro. We just want to make sure the community is still friendly and still alive despite at the cost of reduce of quantity number of players and hence leading to lower games per week. Sometimes, some games are meant for a pool number of players and is just not meant for everyone.
Quality is better than quantity.

After reviewing:
Once again, Abadon is just plain afk for the 32 minutes (No DRM selections at all)
So:
abadon@uswest.battle.net should be banned for prolonged afk
ipv@asia.battle.net , sz1ffp@europe.battle.net , jjokbae@asia.battle.net and aaa7723@asia.battle.net should be banned for refusal to votekick

Re: [BS] repeatedly game ruiner
abadon was already banned for this game.
Players aaa7723, jjokbae, sz1ffp, ipv refused all 3 of the votekicks.
They are banned for 2 days each.
Edit* Adding 3 more days for player aaa7723, to a total of 5 days.
This was his 3rd offense of the same kind.
