The system is incredibly flawed, if someone just repeating same violation over and over again and didn't came to make appeal, not even once, it clearly indicated that violator is totally ignoring the entire system, rules and ban. From players' point of view, ent actually somehow has responsibility for this situation which happened over and over again in history. The flawed system fail to make violators to fix their behavior, instead they just came back and repeating same violation, and please note abadon is not the only one, imagine how we players had to deal with them, even if we got one of them banned, you can still see another one got his ban expired and joined again with same behavior, because the ban failed to change them at all.
Ent should seriously start to consider to take action on this kind of situation, if a very same violation had been committed over and over again by certain one, and the guy didn't even show his will to contact ent at all, then clearly he should be rule out, because it's not an individual case, the failing system will cause failing gaming environment. It takes 10 people to start a bship game, but only take 1 to ruining it, considering since bad players who wouldn't change their behavior won't be ruled out, then the amount of them would just increase, and eventually it will kill the game while rule abiding players can't tolerate anymore and quit joining the game. It already had been happening on this certain bot already, check how population of bship players been shrinking, and sometimes it took over 12 hours to get the game filled.
We really did't want to bring this topic to complaints section, but the game is already dying because of them and its really over our edge, please take serious action on this kind of repeating violation.

Its just the same person repeatedly abusing the rules. Gaming experience just ruined by him all alone. It's like them burning the Al-Quran all over again and no Muslim going to scold them or even confront them, but when old player post a ban request on them, ENT sometimes responded that we should offer more help instead of flaming. If we had not tried offering out help from the very beginning and they don't even want to consider it, we would not resort to such measures again and again.

I understand its important to keep attracting more and more new players, but at the expense of the gaming experience, it just seem like not worth it at all. In fact, I have even posted few threads that suggest to new players how to play Battleships Pro games but I guess none of the new players bother to check it let alone even realize that there is an ENT website existence.
